First time users can access the site from a computer as follows:

Username: Employee ID (unique 6-digit value)
Password: First initial of first name + two-digit birth month + first five digits of SSN
You will be asked to change your password after your initial login.

First time users can access the mobile app as follows:

Search “bswift Mobile” in the Apple or Google Play store and download the app.
Enter any email associated with your Workday account to log in. You will need to access that email account for the multi-factor authentication code to proceed.

NOTE: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs, and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.
